I had Hammond Roofing out to look at my roof. They gave me a competitive estimate and explained everything. The crew was on time and they were easy to communicate with. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up very well. In trying to ascertain whether or not I made the right decision going with them prior to install I talked to my brother in law and as it turns out he used them for his roof and was very pleased. I am also very pleased that I chose them.

Our old roof had two layers so we needed a roof replacement. They were very professional and did a great job. They use GAF Timberline HD® Lifetime High Definition® Shingles that have StainGuard® Protection and withstand 130 mph wind. Our yard was cleaner after they left than before they arrived. We have a pool in our backyard and a dog, after the job was complete they went over our entire yard with a large magnet to ensure there were no nails left. Our house looks beautiful again. I had given Hammond Roofing a call on 10/3, Matt called me back in 20 minutes and we scheduled to meet on Monday. Matt was very accommodating around my work schedule and was able to meet a 6PM. Matt showed up on time and was very polite. He introduced himself and we showed him all of the problems we were having, Matt went up onto the roof and took photos of all of the issues and measured it. Out of 4 contractors that I had come out for an estimate he was the only one who went onto the roof. When he came down he explained exactly why the problems were occurring and how he were going to fix them. He spent a half an hour explaining the entire roofing system and we truly felt comfortable with him. He was not pushy and let us take our time with making a decision, when we decided to go with Hammond Roofing we couldn't decide what color to pick so he used a 3d model to show what it would look like. About 2 weeks when the job was scheduled he kept us informed throughout the entire process, we ended up having to replace 11 sheets of plywood and he took photos of all of the sheets. His crew all knew there roles, and the job was finished by noon and the clean up was spectacular, it was cleaner after they left. I was extremely satisfied with Matt and the Hammond Roofing team and would recommend them to anyone.

Richard, his son and his team are exceptional! They are the ultimate professionals. They were most responsive from our very first contact with them. The materials they used to replace our roof were state of the art and time tested. Each day, they cleaned the area around our home, and left it pristine. I highly recommend them for any work you need.

I had been calling roofing companies for quotes for some time and had a wide range of prices, interesting experiences and communication, and I hadn't decided. I sent out one last quick email late at night to 4 companies. Matt came out the next day, evaluated and prepared his quote. After assessing everything it was clear he was the right guy for the job. His communication was excellent. His crew came out, got the job done well, high quality work and than did an meticulous job making sure my yard was clean and clear of debris. Everything looks excellent, everything went exactly as Matt said, I couldn't be happier. Its the best experience I've ever had with any sort of contractor. As somebody who contacted over 10 local companies, If you are even thinking of having any work done, there's only 1 guy to call.

We needed a new roof and interviewed 5 contractors for the job. Richard Hammond was the very first contractor we talked to and he set a very high bar for everyone that came after him. You will never find a more honest, responsive, reliable contractor/owner than Richard Hammond. When he came for the initial estimate, he spent a good deal of time explaining what was needed, the procedure his crew would use on our roof and the material he would employ. His price was very reasonable, and he was very flexible and accommodating in scheduling the job. His crew was amazing in the demo of the existing roof and the installation of the new roof. They were very efficient, personable, and conscientious. The entire job was completed in half a day. The grounds around the house were so clean when they left that there was no evidence that a roof had been installed. There were no shingles, nails or other debris of any type left behind. If you need any roof work done, you need to call Richard Hammond!

I could not be more pleased with Hammond Roofing. One of my skylights started leaking last evening - New Year's Day! I messaged a number of roofers, all but 2 said they couldn't come out until next week. Not only was Hammond the first to respond but they also sensed my urgency, as another storm is coming tomorrow. Matthew showed up as promised and on time - on a Saturday morning. Matthew was very polite, diagnosed the issue and sealed both of my skylights right away without me having to make another appointment. Thank you so much !

Rich called me within 20 mins of me leaving a message. He came to my house the next morning to assess a leak on my roof and was right on time. He found the leak before i was even able to tell him exactly the spot, and told me what the problem was and how he could fix it and that major repair wasn't needed. He was extremely honest, wasn't trying to sell me a new roof (like another local company i contacted) and actually told me my roof looked good besides the issue i was having. sent me pictures and everything. His crew is coming this week to do the work and will send me a bill for the qmt we discussed when the work is finished. I know I'll need to replace my roof in about 5-7 yrs and i will DEFINITELY be calling Rich back for the job, or for any minor repairs i may need in the meantime. I felt he was very honest and knows his stuff. Would highly recommend.

Richard Hammond and his team are EXCELLENT at what they do. He impressed me from the start with a call back first thing in the morning, as I called him on the later side one evening. He stopped over my house for an estimate within 5 minutes of calling me. We called him back within one week to let him know he's our guy. He immediately ordered materials and for a dumpster to be delivered. He kept me posted about everything and when he planned to start and finish via text. The crew was on time and worked hard to get the roof done. They completed the job beautifully and on time, and did a great job cleaning up.

Even my neighbor commented that he loved our new roof and that the roofers did an amazing job. I didn't know that he was a roofer in his younger years until he just told me! I also like that this is a local, family owned business. I will recommend Richard Hammond roofing to all of my clients, family and friends!

Had some chimney work completed a few years ago from Richie and received quick and excellent service. So a few days ago when I noticed I had damage to the back of my house I reached out to Richie again to see if this is something his company can repair . Once again I received an immediate response and it was repaired very early the next morning. The crew who came out were very polite and friendly and the work was completed quickly and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend calling Hammond Roofing, as I did twice already and I won’t hesitate to call this company in the future. A big thank you to Richie and his team.

I had a great experience with this company! Richard came out to my house the other day since I had a leak in my skylight. He was very professional and very nice and knew his stuff. He went on my roof and saw the problem right away. He knew there was a storm coming and helped me out that day. He was very reasonable, reliable and kind. He even followed up the next day to make sure what he did worked and it did! I called other roofers before him and they just want to sell you a full roof. They were just salespeople. Some big names would not even get on the roof and gave me a high price. Which is crazy and just about the money. If you want a reliable, honest, professional company that knows what they are doing this is the company to use. I would use them again and I highly recommend them!!

Hammond Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof replacement and new gutters. We could not be happier with their work and working with them. I would highly recommend them for your next exterior job. Rich (owner) was very responsive to any questions we had and made several trips to our home to ensure we picked the best color for our new roof. His employees did excellent work and were very efficient and easy to work with. Steven, the gutter installer, took a lot of time with us to make sure we were happy with the placement of the downspouts. Very tidy on the job site cleanup. I will be calling Hammond Roofing if we need exterior work done in the future.

Great contractor from start to finish. They were one of the few contractors that showed up on time for the quoting process. They showed up on the day they were scheduled to start the work. they finished when they said that they would finish. Their clean up process was thorough. The materials used were top quality and the workmanship was excellent. In my 30 years of working with contractors, very very few do all of the above mentioned tasks and they did them all. First class operation.
